South Whitley owns and operates three utility services; electric, water, and sewer. South Whitley also offers a street department which keeps our roads and alleys clean and in repair. South Whitley Municipal Electric is a member of the Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) which provides generation services which are purchased by the Town and passed along to our customers. The utility departments are open Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm. For any after hour concerns/emergencies please call 260-212-3513
